Your Child Already Has the Talent. This Summer We Build the One Thing Talent Can't Give Them.

Because the talented kid and the unstoppable kid are almost never the same kid — and deep down, you already know which one wins the next ten years.

Here's something almost every parent figures out one season too late:

Talent gets your child noticed at nine years old. It does almost nothing for them at fourteen.

By then, the kids who pull ahead aren't the most gifted ones. They're the ones who learned to push through fatigue when their lungs are burning… to shake off a bad inning instead of unraveling in their own head… and to lead the huddle when the game gets loud and everyone else goes quiet.

That part has never once come from a speed ladder tossed on the grass while a coach yells "push harder." It can't. No child ever built a backbone by being shouted at.

It comes from a system — one that trains the body and the mind on the same field, in the same hour, week after week — until confidence stops being something you hope your child has, and becomes something they own.

That system is the Champion's Choice Youth Athlete Program. Here is exactly how it works.

Why This Works When Camps & Clinics Don't

Six Pieces — Built In One Order

Most programs grab one piece — speed, or strength, or "mindset" as a poster on the wall. We build all six, in this exact sequence, because the sequence is the secret.

1
First, they master their own bodyweight. Calisthenics and bodyweight movement come before anything heavy — because a child who can't control their own body has no business loading a barbell. This is the foundation everything stands on.
2
Then strength — prescribed for their body. We watch how each athlete moves, then build strength exactly where they need it. Not a generic plan copied off the internet. Their plan.
3
Then real speed — the kind you can actually coach. Once the form is locked in, we develop strength in the right areas so they punch the ground harder with every stride. Harder push into the ground = more speed. Simple physics. Powerful results.
4
Then real-world agility & change of direction. Setting the hips and feet, then firing a lightning-quick reaction to a stimulus — the way it actually happens in a game. Unique, proven methods you won't find at a typical clinic.
5
Every week, a mindset principle they take home. Your child gets a handout we talk through together, internalize, and practice — plus a dedicated Mindset Mastery Workshop. This is the piece almost no one teaches. It's also the piece that changes everything.
6
And nutrition built for a growing athlete. Simple, foundational truths about fueling their body — the insights I wish someone had handed me at their age.
And here's the part no clinic can copy:
three of my own four children are in this program.

I didn't design this to fill a roster. I designed it to give my kids the best possible start in their sport and their lives — and your child trains under that exact same standard, with that exact same care.

Inside Every Session

Forging Leaders, Rep By Rep

  • A "Captain"-led warm-up — each week, new captains are earned through attitude, effort, and finished homework.
  • The mini-lesson of the week on Mindset or Nutrition.
  • A Core Values review and the handshake line.
  • Speed & agility training.
  • Strength & conditioning.

★ Every athlete brings their own homework packet back to each session. Accountability isn't a slogan here — it's built into the hour.

The Change Shows Up At Home First

  • More assertiveness on the field — they stop waiting and start taking over.
  • After a loss: reflective and steady, instead of melting down in their own head.
  • The ability to push through fatigue when it counts most.
  • A desire to go above and beyond — no more push-back when it's time to work.
  • Positive self-talk replacing the quiet, self-defeating put-downs.
  • The confidence to lead — at practice, in games, and away from sports.

As a father of four, I'll take those changes every day of the week — and twice on Sundays.

★★★★★

"We have seen an increase in Sebastian's strength, confidence and work ethic. Bash's speed and hitting power have increased. Yes, I would definitely recommend Champion's Choice Athlete Training to other parents — and already have! I believe starting at a young age helps create the core values for a healthy, strong athlete."

— Niki Pellegrini

"Initially, we thought this program might be too much because Dom already has a big sports commitment. But we wanted to help him with his mindset and confidence. I'd definitely recommend Newell Strength to other parents. The kids learn many valuable things, and the coaches also teach them to be good people — how to properly shake hands, make eye contact, push their bodies, and feel proud when they beat previous weights. It all built a strong foundation for Dom."

"Been going to Newell Strength since I was in eighth grade. It is a great environment and the trainers work hard to help you reach your goals. Newell Strength helped me become a Division I athlete and develop my athletic skills and strength tremendously. If you are a young athlete looking to improve your abilities, Newell Strength is the place to go."

"Kyle gave me the mental and physical support I needed to reach some of my wildest aspirations, including playing NCAA lacrosse and winning 2x NCAA National Championships. More importantly, Kyle aided in my personal development physically and mentally. I would not be the person I am today without his leadership and support over the past 10 years."

Speed wins games. Backbone wins the next ten years. This summer, your child can build both — twice a week, one hour at a time. The only question left is whether their spot is still open when you decide.

P.S. — This program will sell out. We're capping it at 30 athletes, and three of those spots already belong to my own kids. If you snooze, you'll lose — and the parent who reserved your child's spot will be the one watching their kid pull ahead this fall. Claim the spot now, while the summer block is still open.
